Registered Nurses are supported by PCAs and Unit Coordinators. We also have a Clinical Nurse Specialist, Pharmacist, Dietician and Social Worker on the unit during the day. We administer multiple blood product transfusions (approximately 3,000-4,000 per year).

All new staff is provided with approximately 50 hours of continuing nursing education related to oncology and chemotherapy administration after orientation through classroom work and self-study modules during the first year.
